Liquid Batching System

Proportional mixing of 2 or more liquids by weight is achieved through liquid weigh batching system. This ensures right formulation of the products.

The complete system is custom designed based on the clients requirement, batch capacity and the product. Pneumatically operated ball valves with actuator or butterfly valves are provided , these are controlled by the plc based controller to achieve the desired levels of accuracy . The weight signal is basically obtained from the highly sensitve loadcells. The feed back from the weigh tank is used to control the valves.
